We are seeking a highly organized, computer-proficient individual with excellent communication skills and good judgment to join our team as an Education Coordinator. If you are a motivated, resourceful, and collaborative team player, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Support organization with day-to-day operations
• Provide administrative support to the Kesher, Religious School, and Preschool programs
• Manage enrollment, class lists, allergy lists, emergency binders, etc. for Kesher and Religious School (using Airtable)
• Maintain student records and progress reports (Google Drive)
• Cover Religious School office during RS and Kesher time; liaison to students and parents
• Track teacher attendance
• Maintain education program calendars
• Track madrichim and substitute teacher attendance
• Process bi-monthly payroll with the Finance Department
• Process Religious School and Kesher invoices with the Finance Department
• Process Religious School and Kesher reimbursements with the Finance Department
• Organize receipts and process credit card reports for the Finance Department
• Maintain and organize regular school supplies
• Assist teachers with classroom technology
• Maintain and oversee IPADs
• Keep inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Keep track of early dismissals and student attendance
• Order weekly challah/grape juice, order snacks or food as needed
• Organize food and set up for staff meetings and special school events
• Order textbooks and process teacher supply requests
• Distribute notices to students
• Create email lists
• Organize/maintain supply closets

Workweek Structure During the School Year:
• Mondays: Kesher
• Tuesdays: Office
• Wednesdays: Kesher
• Thursdays: Religious School
• Sundays: Religious School/Chai385 (8:30-12:30 or 2:00 if monthly staff meeting)

Additional Information
Full benefits (minimum 32 hours/week) include health insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k retirement with match, and PTO. We support flexible work hours to accommodate personal schedules.

The position will be in-person with some flexibility to work remotely.
